Mailler bir çok durumda belge yerine geçer, bu sebeple bir çok firma …@gmail.com veya …@hotmail.com uzantılı mail adresi olan firmaları ciddiye almazlar. Bu sebeple firmanızın uzantısını taşıyan bir mail adresi ciddi önem taşır, mesela mail@wolvox.site adresi gibi.
Firmamıza tanımladığımız mail adreslerine yasal sorumluktan dolayı (başka bir yerden esinlenerek) bir uyarı yazısı ekledim ve burada not olarak ekleyerek sizinle paylaşıyorum. Firma adı yazan kısmı kendinize göre düzenleyiniz.
